a weird obsession

Fermented bean curd. You've probably eaten it with congee and another food if you're Asian. If not, then you probably haven't. Me? I've been eating this stuff straight out of the jar for a couple weeks now. I don't know why my taste buds are addicted to it. It's so darn salty and a bit spicy. I just crave it...

I finished a jar today, so I'll have to make a stop to the closet Asian supermarket soon.
