longing for spring

I am tired of all the snow already. I wonder what it would be like to live somewhere sunny year-round. A warm Christmas might be kind of strange though.

Today there was a slight glimpse into spring. I woke up an hour early, thinking it was time to get up for school because it was so bright outside! But to my surprise, I got to sleep some more.

I heard the faint chirping of the birds too. They annoy the hell out of me on those weekends you're trying to sleep, but it was another hopeful sign. And when I walked home from school, the sun was beating down. It felt nice even though there was still a chill.

Tomorrow is Friday! This week wasn't too bad, thanks to the snow day on Monday.

It's my friend's birthday tomorrow as well. He'll be having a celebration on Sunday, so I have to go find him a gift.

high school sucks

It really does.

I never used to complain so much, but then again, I never had much of a life. But now I just want to graduate and have freedom/independence from my mom.

I have to get into a college I like first.

So after school today I went by the athletic director's office to get my varsity "letter" for volleyball. It's a certificate, actually. I never actually got a letter, you know, the big W that you put on your jacket or whatever. Oh well.

There's a photo inside of the team, and I look the same as I did last year. My hair is messy!!! I miss volleyball...but I don't miss practices. Haha.

In other news, Namie's new music video for "Wild" premiered. It's interesting...something like dark robot astronauts in outer space.



I still love her though.

when will spring come?

I so glad that I had a snow day today. But I wasn't happy there was more snow coming...I want spring and warm weather to come. Well, March only just started, so hopefully it'll get better by the end of the month.

The magazine I bought from eBay came today. The cover was pretty and the contents looked nice so I couldn't resist. I have to stop buying things online though, because I'm going to go broke. But yeah, looking through magazines with all the spring clothes really makes me wish the weather was nicer.

This day has been very unproductive. I should do some of that psychology packet, but instead I've been watching 90210 all day. Jessica Stroup (aka Silver) is so pretty~

what a coincidence!

A couple months ago, if you recall, I bought the photobook of ViVi model Marie.

A month ago, I received a package in the mail from Allure magazine containing some goodies.

A couple days ago, I was flipping through the photobook again when I noticed the Biotherm Celluli Laser I got was featured in it, on a page titled "Beauty Hits". Now, I can't read Japanese so I don't know what it says. But my best guess would be that Marie likes this product.



Yes, that was totally random but it was an interesting coincidence that I had to blog about. I tried the product yet because I don't have cellulite...does Marie have cellulite?!?! Maybe it's just a good moisturizer or something, haha.
